Overview of services:

Wellness With Sally offers person-centred therapy to those who want to seek personal growth, self-exploration, and support in resolving psychological difficulties.

Everyone’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. There is no assurance that examples of past success can be duplicated in the future. We cannot guarantee your future results and/or success.

Your level of success in attaining the results claimed depends on the time you devote, the ideas and techniques mentioned, your resources, knowledge, and various skills, since such skills and factors differ according to individuals.

We are not responsible for your actions. The use of our information and/or services should be based on your own due diligence, which you undertake and confirm that you have carried out to your entire satisfaction.

You agree that Wellness With Sally is not liable for any success or failure of your endeavours, acts and/or conduct that is directly or indirectly related to the business and/or the purchase and use of our information and/or services.

Confidentiality:

​

It is normal practice that therapy services are provided in strict confidence. The identity of individuals and personal details will be protected by your personal therapist. However, there may be unusual circumstances which necessitate breaking confidentiality. This may be when it is deemed that there appears to be a risk to yourself or to others, or if there is a risk to a child. In the unusual event necessitating a break in confidentiality this will be done where possible with your consent and only to those parties who have an absolute need to know.

 

The content of your session will be confidential and will not be shared with any other member of staff.

 

Payment:

The fee for Wellness With Sally is due in advance of the therapeutic process and all services must be booked in advance.

 

Payment for therapy confirms your place on that therapy and is non-refundable from the point of booking. Once your payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email.

 

All services are held at Natal Wellness, Unit 2, Crewe Lane, Southwell, NG25 0TX (apart from the option of online consultation). Their facility policies apply to all sessions held with Wellness With Sally.

Cancellations / DNAs: 

​

Wellness With Sally reserves the right to cancel therapy sessions at any point due to exceptional, unavoidable, or personal circumstances. Should this situation arise, as much notice as possible will be given via email or phone, a full refund will be provided or the session may be offered on an alternative date, subject to availability.

In the event of not being able to attend a pre-arranged session, if possible, you must provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation to your therapist, or the missed session will be allocated against your contractual total number of sessions. If you miss two appointments during your course of therapy, your case will be closed.

 

If you do not attend a session, it is your responsibility to make contact with the therapist within 7 days of the planned session.

 

Bookings are not confirmed until Wellness With Sally receives a completed booking form and full payment made via bank transfer to the bank account details provided in the booking email.
